We have had a fantastic turnout for our first two Grandparents’ Lunches! To help the check-in process go more smoothly, we encourage grandparents to RSVP in advance. This allows us to have their badge printed and ready, so they can skip the long line at the door. Grandparents may RSVP by using the QR code below OR by following the directions below.


Steps for Pre-Registration for Grandparents Lunch:

1. Please have your photo ID ready, and click the registration link: REGISTRATION LINK
2. Click the blue "Visitor"button and follow the prompts:
   • Enter your phone number
   • Upload a picture of your photo ID
   • Enter your birth date
3. Click "Sign Surveillance Consent" (read and sign the light blue box using your finger)
4. Click "Take Photo"
5. Click the blue "Finish" button. You will receive a text message confirming the process was completed, and your badge should print and be available for pickup at the office.

If you do not pre-register, please have your photo ID out and ready to scan at the office.
