Dear Crestview Families,

We are excited to celebrate Easter with fun class parties at Crestview! To help things run smoothly and ensure the safety of our students, we’ve made an important update to our visitor check-in process.

All parents/guardians attending the parties must RSVP using the QR code provided.

Updated Entry Procedures:

Due to our new ID badge system, all visitors must enter through the front office. 

Grade level doors will NOT be used for event entry.

Why RSVP?

If you RSVP, we will pre-print your visitor badge, allowing for quicker check-in upon arrival. Those who do not RSVP will need to check in through the front office, which may cause delays. We cannot guarantee timely entry if you do not RSVP.

Additional Reminders:

• Even if you RSVP, please bring your ID for verification.
• No one will be allowed into the building without a badge.
• If you do not RSVP, you must show your ID at the front office and wait for a badge to be printed.

Please remember:
No siblings are allowed at the parties unless they are infants who are not yet walking.
